Pricing & Site Evaluation

Management plan pricing is based on property size and the level of site evaluation required:

Plans start at $300 for properties 40 acres and under
$100 for each additional 40 acres
One-time pre-planning site visit fee of $250 for properties within a 2-hour service area if necessary.
For properties outside the 2-hour service area, the pre-planning fee will be adjusted to reflect additional travel if an on-site visit is required

Because every property and scope is different, all management plans require a formal quote prior to development. This ensures the plan reflects real conditions, realistic timelines, and your specific goals.
